I will give toppers a 5 star after our experience. My family, and I drove in from Nebraska, after a really long drive we stopped in at the Marian Road location. We were greeted by a huge smile from a young man I believe the name of Jules. He was the definition of GREAT customer service, super professional, and a positive attitude. He was extremely polite, smiled the entire time we were there. He seemed like he was great friends with the entire staff. I myself am in a management role, and when I found out he was the manager I was not surprised. Absolutely will be back to this location because of him. He is a great asset to your company.

We visited Rochester to see the great Rob Schneider and have a night out. Afterwards we needed some kind of late night greasy anything! Toppers was the only place open close enough to our hotel and it was INCREDIBLE. Whoever helped us suggested we add those crispy cups and what a freaking GAME CHANGER. it was so good!!!

I just saw two pizza delivery cars driving together, safely - of course! The Pizza Hut car was a dirty Audi wagon, but the Topper's driver had a very clean Infiniti. Not only was it clean, the exhaust sounded wonderful as they passed me. You could tell that these delivery drivers cared about their customers getting their delicious orders on time while still being safe and professional on the road. If you're reading this and you haven't tried topperstix, do yourself a favor and fix that as soon as possible.

Pizza breadsticks were very good! The service was exceptional. The manager Andrew rang me up and delivered my order to my car and thanked me for my business. You don't see that much anymore these days. I will be a repeat customer!!

Probably an unfair review because I used to work here. In that regard they paid pretty well and location is decent for tips. In terms of being a customer, I don’t live in the area so they don’t deliver to me. But take out is great not to mention saves money. Yeah, I’m that guy. Food is very good, I don’t normally eat here anymore since it’s not as cheap as when I worked here but when I do, I make sure to use coupons or limited time specials. Pay attention and get some good deals. Lastly. Tip your drivers! They spend their money on gas and wear and tear to bring you hot, fresh food. Don’t be rude.

Very good pizza and cheese sticks. The young man who helped us was polite and helpful. He helped us order 2 mediums and save some money so we got some cheese sticks too.
